- “SARATHI”, the motivational and counselling services at Marwadi Education Foundation, is an integral part of the College. It is a student support service aimed at supporting the students to remain motivated and to perform with their optimum efficiency.
- During their tenure in the college, there are times, when the students are facing problems which remain unresolved and ultimately get reflected in their academic performance. Therefore motivational and counselling services attempt to provide a genuine and empathetic environment for their overall growth and well-being.
Nurturing Environment for New Students
- The motivational and counselling services carefully select a few students as Student Coordinators. They help the newly joined students to adjust within the Institute.
- When a student enters the Institute, there are possibilities that he/she may face home sickness, unsolved questions and adjustment issues in the new environment.
- Student Coordinators play a role of a friend, guide and mentor to make them feel comfortable. The student Coordinators introduce new students to the motivational and counselling team for appropriate interventions.
